We are looking for experienced players to join our team of successful legal search consultants, known as Managing Directors at MLA, in offices across the U.S.

Our recruiters focus their recruiting efforts in one of three practice areas: law firm partners, lateral associates or corporate legal positions. Position qualifications include: 2+ years of permanent or temporary legal recruiting experience focused on attorney placements; extraordinary dedication to client service and a demonstrated commitment to ethics.
