Major, Lindsey & Africa offers our employees the option of contributing to their retirement plan through a 401(k) administered by The Principal. More information is highlighted in the one pager below or the Allegis Benefits Guide given to a contract employee during onboarding.

You can set up your account for the first time at www.principal.com/welcome or call 800-547-7754.

One-Page 401(K) Overview

First Time AllegisBenefits.com Users

Go to www.AllegisBenefits.com. (We strongly recommend the most recent version of Internet Explorer or Firefox).
Click on the "Register Now" link located on the right-hand side of your screen.
When prompted, enter your Last Name, Date of Birth, and your Social Security Number. For security purposes you will also be asked to type a randomly generated security code that will be presented when the page loads. Select Next.
Follow the directions provided on the site to complete your registration and setup your online account.

Below are detailed instructions for how verifiers and employees should obtain various types of verifications.

Obtaining Verification for Employment Only

Give the person or institution needing proof of your employment, the verifier, the following information:

Your social Security Number
The Allegis Group companies' employer code: AGI938
Direct Verifier to: www.Thomas-and-Company.com where they will click the green button "Request Employment and Wage Verification"

Obtaining Verification for Employment Plus Income

Create or obtain a salary key to provide to the person or institution needing proof of your employment, the verifier, to verify income.

Visit www.Thomas-and-Company.com where you will click the green button "Request Employment and Wage Verification"
Enter employer code AGI938
Enter Social Security Number
Your Employee IN Number (EIN)
Confirm and Agree, then a Verifier Pin will be displayed.
Email / Print / Write down the PIN for the verifier.

Give the verifier the following information:
