For more than 30 years, National Coming Out Day has been a reminder that our personal stories can be a powerful tool for igniting change, creating empathy and building understanding—generating more equity and inclusion in our communities and workplaces.
Major, Lindsey & Africa's Outlaws ERG and Citywide Pride hosted a panel discussion where notable LGBTQ professionals shared how they have navigated their careers while being their authentic selves. They also explored how to better understand workplace challenges faced by the LGBTQ community and how to demonstrate support as an individual and workplace ally.
