Jennifer Henderson is a Managing Director in Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Southern California office. Her focus is candidate representation, and she places partners and associates in law firms and companies all throughout Southern California.
Jennifer’s focus is on placing partners and associates into law firms and corporations and assisting attorneys with all stages of their career development. She has successfully placed attorneys at top-tier international, national, regional and boutique law firms as well as at corporations.
Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge about the Southern California legal market gained from practicing in it for over seven years. After graduating cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 2000, she began practicing in the litigation department of O’Melveny & Myers. Jennifer then joined Hodel Briggs Winter, a firm that was started by several former partners from Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, where her practice focused on labor and employment, and commercial litigation. While in law school, Jennifer was an extern for the Honorable Judge Terry Hatter, a summer associate at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, and an associate editor for the University of Minnesota Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in political science, with honors, from the University of California at San Diego in 1996.
