As a Director for Inside Edge Legal (IEL), Lindsey matches qualified candidates with law firms and in-house legal departments. Lindsey’s primary focus is to create successful placements of attorneys, paralegals and other legal professionals with the clients in need of such services. Lindsey works closely with both the candidates and the clients to ensure that these placements are meaningful and that the needs of both parties have been met and even exceeded.
Before joining IEL, Lindsey was an associate at a boutique firm in the seacoast region of New Hampshire. She headed the personal injury, estate planning, employment law and criminal defense areas of the practice.
Lindsey received a B.A in political science from the University of New Hampshire, and a J.D from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. While in law school, she served as the Student Bar Association Representative, Vice President for the International Law Society and member of Phi Delta Phi.
Prior to attending law school, Lindsey worked at the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. where she had the opportunity to facilitate seminars on employee relations, strategic planning and management skills to business owners nationwide. Lindsey also worked at the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a global membership association dedicated to enhancing the lives of small business owners, both personally and professionally. As manager of the central and western regions of the country, Lindsey was responsible for the implementation of best practices, the oversight of a large volunteer corps and the building of strong relationships with members across a wide geography.
