This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced legal recruiters and learn the law firm recruiting business from an expert. As a new Recruiter you will perform research to identify qualified candidates, initiate contact with targeted candidates, interact with clients, and learn all aspects of the attorney recruiting process as part of a team.

Position qualifications include: Lawyer or Professional with at least 2 years law firm experience or related work experience (recruiting/staffing industry), excellent proactive interpersonal skills; strong writing skills; an entrepreneurial, risk-positive spirit; ability to create and follow individual business development plan and schedule. Willingness to contact, engage and build relationships with law firm attorneys never met before.
