Alice C. Huang is a Director in the Law Firm Management Practice at Major, Lindsey & Africa. She is responsible for leading executive-level searches for management positions in a variety of function areas, including marketing, business development, technology, human resources, finance and administration.
Alice is a mother, blogger, traveler and foodie. She enjoys introducing her baby daughter to new sights, experiences and flavors.
Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Alice practiced law for almost eight years in two international, multidisciplinary law firms. In the Boston office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, she was a member of the Public Finance group and served as bond counsel, issuer's counsel and borrower's counsel on tax-exempt financings for a variety of governmental and non-profit borrowers, as well as underwriter's counsel and purchaser's counsel to various investment and commercial banks. In the Houston office of Locke Lord, LLP, she was a member of the Corporate Trust group and served as trustee counsel in structured finance transactions and in various other public finance roles in financings for hospitals, colleges and universities, community health centers, human service providers and other non-profit organizations.
