Amy Berenson Mallow is a Director in the Law Firm Management Practice. As a Director, she is responsible for leading executive-level searches in marketing, business development, technology, human resources, recruiting, diversity, professional development, finance and firm administration at AmLaw 100, AmLaw 200 and regional firms.

Amy is a co-author of several chapters in The Lawyer's Career Management Handbook: Your Bridge to a Satisfying Career (West Publishing, 2010).

Experience

Amy has more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry, specializing in the field of career management for legal professionals, and has practiced law in both the public and private sectors. Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Amy had successful legal recruiting, coaching and consulting practices. She also served as manager of professional development at an international law firm; managing director for the West Coast office of The Shannon Group, a consulting firm providing career and professional development services for attorneys; assistant dean for Career Services at UCLA School of Law; and as assistant director in the Office of Career Services at Georgetown University Law Center.
