Ann-Margaret H. Dudley is a Director in our Houston office, where she is a member of the In-House Practice Group. Her practice focuses on recruitment of general counsel, chief compliance officers and other senior attorneys for corporate clients. Further, she specializes in consulting with client corporations to build, grow and restructure legal departments through the acquisition of top legal talent and the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to increase efficiency and reduce overall legal spending. She works with clients throughout the Texas region and across the country.
Ann-Margaret and her husband, James, reside in West Houston with their two boys, Henry and Will. When not working, you can usually find Ann-Margaret at the baseball fields cheering her boys on, volunteering at MD Anderson or running.
Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Ann-Margaret was a commercial litigation attorney with a practice focused on construction and employment litigation as well as criminal regulatory defense. Most recently, she served as the assistant director of career development for the University of Houston Law Center. She is a member in good standing for both the New York and Texas bars.
Prior to and during law school, Ann-Margaret worked as a paralegal with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Asset Forfeiture and Drug Task Force Units.
