I went to law school because I like to think creatively and find solutions to problems. I have been able to accomplish both as a recruiter and want to continue to do so. I also care about people and their success, which is why I go the extra mile for both my clients and candidates. I always think about unique ways to find a candidate that will make our clients happy, and at the same time, I work closely with my candidates to ensure a job is in their best interest.
