Bodie McNaught is a Managing Director for the Solutions Practice Group of in our Los Angeles office. He specializes in placing attorneys, paralegals and other legal professionals in substantive positions with both law firms and corporations throughout the western region. Bodie strives to build strong and lasting relationships with candidates throughout the placement process.
While in college, Bodie played for the premiere rugby team and represented his region in various competitions. In addition, he was also active in the development and implementation of both the youth and female rugby programs within his region. Originally from New Zealand, Bodie decided to move to London after completing college to further his career. He has a huge passion for travelling and learning about new cultures. After spending five years in London, he decided to settle in Southern California where he is closer to home.
Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Bodie was a recruiter at TEKsystems, a leading provider of information technology staffing and services in the United States and Canada and a member of the Allegis Group, the parent company of Major, Lindsey & Africa.
Before TEKsystems, Bodie spent five years in London where he worked in education as both a teacher and the equivalent of an assistant principal at an inner-city high school. He was instrumental in the growth and development of his students, providing them a safe, secure environment in which to learn and grow. Bodie was responsible for the development of 300 children. He first began working with these children when they were 13 years of age and continued to support them for the next five years of their schooling. He was so successful in his role that his students achieved the highest final results the school had ever produced. Indeed, his group's score was so high that they achieved third in the entire region, their success influenced substantially by Bodie's support and tutelage.
