Christine A. Meade Director

Christine Meade

My focus in my work is the human component. I approach each potential deal with the intention of it being a match that enhances the lives of all parties involved. A productive and strong law firm is highly dependent upon the satisfaction of its people.

Christine Meade, a Director in our Miami office, specializes in recruiting and placing associate and partner-level attorneys with international, national, regional and boutique law firms throughout Florida. Her approach to candidate representation is to provide complete and comprehensive market coverage and expert advice before and after a move — including negotiation on compensation — all while upholding and protecting the highest levels of confidentiality.

Christine is originally from New York City and is fluent in Spanish. When not in the office, she enjoys traveling abroad, reading historical biographies, exercising and spending time with her husband, daughter and their Old English Bulldog, Rando.

Experience

Prior to becoming Director, Christine was the operations manager for our Miami office and was involved in project management and administration for a team of recruiters who have facilitated numerous law firm mergers, office openings and individual placements throughout Miami and Latin America.

Christine started working in the legal search industry soon after graduating college when she worked as a recruiter with a family-owned, Wall Street-based legal recruiting firm. Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, she worked as a placement director with a major national legal staffing firm, where she placed associate attorneys and other legal professionals in permanent and contract positions.
