Courtney Goldstein is a Partner in the Southern California office and a senior legal talent acquisition search consultant with a focus and strength on placing partner-level, associate-level and in-house attorneys while providing career counseling and platform development. She successfully places attorneys at top-tier international, national, regional and boutique law firms as well as corporations. Clients include many of the best national, international law firms and public and private companies in the entertainment, Internet, start-up, communications, real estate and retail industries. Courtney also counsels law students and provides legal market presentations at top-tier law schools including Harvard, Cornell, and USC.
Courtney resides in Beverly Hills, Calif., with her husband, Jay, her daughter, Izzy, her stepdaughter, Ava and their family dog, Milo. She is an avid golfer and tennis player and enjoys hiking with her family.
Courtney began her legal career in New York as an associate at Relin, Goldstein & Crane concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial and retail collections, foreclosures, REO, business bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Courtney's accomplishments include her competitive athletic past in gymnastics and track and field. Courtney was All-State Track and Field, Regional and State Gymnastics Champion, Maccabi Pan-Am Games Track and Field, 5 Gold medals, 1 Silver medal (Montevideo, Uruguay), and Jewish Hall of Fame Inductee.
Courtney has successfully counseled and placed numerous associates, partners and in-house counsels of varied backgrounds in boutique, mid-sized and large national and global firms as well as groups of partners on complex searches. She has also successfully conducted in-house searches at every level including general counsel for companies across varied industries including entertainment, real estate, technology and healthcare.
