Judene Hylton

Every client and candidate is important to me. I never rush through a conversation to get to the close. I listen closely, respond with kindness and understanding and make sure my clients and candidates always feel as important as they are.

Judene Hylton is a Director in the Solutions Practice Group, based in our Chicago office. She focuses on providing corporate legal departments and law firms with experienced attorneys and specialized paralegals for interim and permanent positions. Judene is committed to finding challenging and substantive work for candidates while helping them advance their careers.

In her free time Judene enjoys running along Lake Michigan, live music, writing, cooking, and volunteering in the city of Chicago.

Experience

While studying at Valparaiso University Law School, Judene served as a law clerk at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and at the Office of the Public Guardian. She was also a summer intern in the legal department of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. Judene served as vice president of the Valparaiso University Black Law Students Association and was a 3L class representative for the Student Bar Association. She enjoyed competing in her law school's International Moot Court team, where she traveled to Toronto, Canada, for the Niagara Competition.

After law school, Judene joined the Valparaiso Law School Admissions Office, where she was as an admissions counselor and recruiter before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa's Solutions Practice Group.
