Maureen Albright, Partner Practice Group Specialist

With a master’s degree in Human Resources and experience in both corporate HR and executive search, I bring a unique skillset and informed view of the world of legal staffing and recruiting that enables me to better understand corporate staffing needs and how those needs should most efficiently and effectively be sourced to achieve objectives. I seek to connect with people on a personal level to place attorneys in environments where they will succeed both professionally and culturally.  

As a Managing Director of our Solutions Practice Group, Maureen Albright manages business development, client relationships and recruiting for her clients and candidates. She assists in providing interim workforce solutions to corporate legal departments and law firms.

Maureen lives in the North Shore with her husband, John, the chief legal officer of a large insurance brokerage company, and their two children. She enjoys music, traveling and golf in her spare time.

Experience

Maureen most recently served as a Practice Specialist within our Partner Practice Group, recruiting, counseling and placing partners in the Midwest market.  Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, she began her career in the Human Resource department of a technology company, serving as a corporate and executive recruiter, and went on to serve as an officer of the world’s second largest credit card bank, supporting, among other things, their HR, Education and Business Development departments.  Maureen also served as the director of admissions for the School of Education of her alma mater, exceeding all admissions targets in the school’s highly competitive and profitable graduate education program.
