Meredith Frank is a Managing Director in the Partner Practice Group. She specializes in representing and placing partners and groups into top global, national, regional and local law firms in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. She is a professional career advisor who spends significant time working closely with candidates to help them refine and reach their career goals. She is also a trusted strategic partner to her clients, with whom she works closely to understand their needs, cultures, structures and dynamics.  Meredith is loyal, honest and passionate about her profession, allowing her to foster long-term relationships and leverage deep market knowledge to facilitate successful and lasting matches based on the ideal platform, shared values and strategic fit.

Meredith lives in Parkland, Fla., with her husband, Eric, and their adorable son, Brady. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and a passionate foodie.


Meredith is a former business litigator who practiced at two major Philadelphia-based law firms, Conrad O'Brien and Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP.
