I am passionate about helping people and organizations move forward, and I have the opportunity to do that every day by thoughtfully leading a business and developing a culture intended to leave others feeling empowered and moved to do their best work. It is a privilege to lead an organization of people who believe in a greater purpose and strive to accomplish extraordinary things in their lives and the lives of those they touch.

Simon C. Robinson is the President of Major, Lindsey & Africa and Allegis Partners. Based in Baltimore, Simon oversees the legal talent management business globally, encompassing in-house law department, law firm associate, law firm partner and law firm management recruiting as well as legal staffing. He also leads our executive search firm, guiding the overall growth and strategy for the organization.

A native of the U.K., Simon has been living in the U.S. for 25 years. He and his wife reside in Maryland where he combines his enjoyment of sailing and aquatic activities with city life.

Experience

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Simon was senior vice president at Aerotek, another company in the Allegis Group network. At Aerotek, he was responsible for the growth, strategic development and financial performance of the company's multiple service lines in more than 35 major markets on the East Coast. He provided overall direction and leadership to more than 700 employees in his region, which earned revenues of over $500 million annually. Immediately preceding this role, Simon was the vice president of professional and organizational development, where he led initiatives to implement key organizational systems, tools and resources designed to enhance employee engagement, performance management and individual development.
