Simon C. Robinson is the President Emeritus of Major, Lindsey & Africa and Allegis Partners. With a deep understanding of the influence of culture and values upon business success, he partners with the management team to provide strategic guidance and insight to drive growth and development for both organizations. Simon’s leadership puts an emphasis on the importance of integrity, quality, diversity, teamwork, and mutual trust and respect.

A native of the U.K., Simon has lived in the U.S. for 25 years. He and his family reside near Baltimore, Maryland, where Simon combines his enjoyment of sailing and aquatic activities with city life.


Simon served as Major, Lindsey & Africa’s president for more than seven years, overseeing the strategic direction of the organization. He began leading Allegis Partners upon their acquisition by Allegis Groups in 2012, helping develop the vision and mission for the executive search firm. 

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Simon was senior vice president at Aerotek, another company in the Allegis Group network. At Aerotek, he was responsible for the growth, strategic development and financial performance of the company's multiple service lines in more than 35 major markets on the East Coast. He provided overall direction and leadership to more than 700 employees in his region, which earned revenues of over $500 million annually. Immediately preceding this role, Simon was the vice president of professional and organizational development, where he led initiatives to implement key organizational systems, tools and resources designed to enhance employee engagement, performance management and individual development.
