Administrator (Administrative Assistant)
The Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to two to four recruiters. The nature of the support includes, but is not limited to, creating and updating candidate and client records in the MLA Database, scheduling meetings, reviewing and processing electronic job submissions, managing online files, formatting documents, telephone contact with high-level clients and candidates, coordinating contact between recruiters, candidates and clients, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Members of the Corporate Marketing team work with all corporate and practice groups globally to assist in planning and executing tactical marketing and business development plans to increase visibility and brand recognition to strengthen and expand the firms’ client base. Activities include, but are not limited to the creation of marketing materials, market surveys, benchmark programs and client satisfaction surveys; managing our social media presence, handling digital media, media relations and PR activities; driving marketing campaigns and planning and promoting events.

Members of the Internal Recruiting team recruit all corporate and practice group positions nationally, collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers across all functional areas and practice groups to successfully fill open positions and proactively develop talent pipelines.
Corporate Technology Program Management
Members of the Corporate Technology team are responsible for ensuring that the company’s central database and other technologies are aligned to support core business processes as well as continually improve users’ abilities to adopt and capitalize on technology. They build strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups, and use data and insights into the business to build or adapt learning methods, materials or technology that will support the users.
