Desiree Ralls-Morrison, senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Boston Scientific and a member of its Executive Committee, is responsible for worldwide management of Global Legal and Compliance. Before joining Boston Scientific, Desiree was SVP, GC and Corporate Secretary, and Head of the Global Litigation, Government Affairs and Public Policy for Boehringer Ingelheim USA, Inc. She also spent nine years at Johnson & Johnson, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility. She was a senior attorney and assistant counsel at Merck & Co. Desiree earned her J.D. at Harvard Law School and B.A. in Economics and Political Science at Wesleyan University.
