As Vice President & General Counsel, Asia Pacific & Japan, Jo Levy leads the Asia Pacific & Japan legal team. Her responsibilities cover 18 countries and include all sales and marketing, product design and development, technology and manufacturing, and IP legal issues in the region. Jo is also co-chair of Intel’s Asia Network of Executive Women and the Hong Kong chapter of the Harvard Law School Women’s Alumni Association.

Previously, Jo served as Chief Compliance Officer for Intel Corporation where she was responsible for building Intel's worldwide ethics and legal compliance program. Under her leadership, Intel enhanced its antitrust, anti-corruption, subsidiary, and global compliance programs. She oversaw internal investigations directed by the Legal Department and served as co-chair of Intel's Ethics & Compliance Oversight Committee. During her tenure, Intel’s ethics and compliance program received multiple awards, including Best Regulatory Compliance Award, Trace International Innovation in Compliance Award, and recognition as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for seven years in a row.

Jo began her career as a litigation attorney, developing extensive experience in class action, intellectual property, product liability, and aviation litigation. She has served as a court-appointed lawyer representative for the Northern District of California, a Conference Executive Committee member for the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference, a volunteer court-appointed mediator on behalf of the Northern District of California ADR Program, and a faculty instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Jo is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brandeis University.
