Chris Craig is a Managing Director—Client Development for our Los Angeles Interim Legal Talent team. He works closely with law firms and corporate legal departments to place attorneys and paralegals on a project, contract and consulting basis.
As a passionate father, avid golfer and lifelong USC fan, Chris spends his spare time trying to keep up with his 19-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter.
Chris brings more than 20 years of experience working with, leading and inspiring attorneys to Major, Lindsey & Africa. Early in his career, he spent several years in the finance industry as a stockbroker and research analyst, consulting with and advising CFOs at publicly traded companies. Chris then followed his entrepreneurial vision and started a legal services company, Centext Legal. Leading Centext Legal, he partnered with businesses, law firms, insurance companies, courts and government entities to provide litigation support, court reporting, document management, videography and online depositories.
After nearly 10 years, Chris moved on to lend his experience and talent to BizDev.Legal, where he worked with attorneys and business leaders to define and execute accountable growth strategies. He also coached leaders and guided organizations in capitalizing on their strengths and addressing their weaknesses.
Most recently, Chris served as the vice president, business development at McDermott and Bull, where he partnered with leading companies to identify and recruit C-suite executives for permanent roles.
