Chris began his career in executive search as a researcher with Talent2 in Bahrain in 2008. He then moved to Hong Kong in 2011 to support Talent2’s APAC team. Chris was promoted to senior researcher months later, where he supported the search practice on retained mandates across multiple sectors. In 2012, Talent2 was purchased by Allegis Group and renamed Allegis Partners.
There he specialised in search and mapping mandates within the insurance sector, across Hong Kong, China and South East Asia. Chris left Allegis Partners in 2016 to move to Australia and joined Odgers Berndtson. He primarily on mandates in the Technology and Sports sectors. He rejoined The Allegis Group in mid-2020.
Chris studied French and Spanish at Leicester University. He loves to travel and meet people from different walks of life. He is social, enjoys playing sports and has an interest in languages.
