David Ginsberg, a Director – Candidate Development for MLA Interim Legal Talent, specializes in the placement of legal and compliance professionals in a variety of interim, project-based and temp-to-perm roles within in-house legal departments and law firms throughout Southern California.
As a native of New York City, David continues to enjoy exploring new sites and attractions in California as well as new pastimes of volleyball and playing with the surf.
David joined Major, Lindsey & Africa after several years of working as a personal injury lawyer in New York for two different private practices. Prior to that, he was the legislative and budget director for New York City Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer. In this role, David worked with community organizations seeking council funding, allocated district expense and capital budgets, and drafted legislation for Council votes.
While in law school, David interned for the New York City Council, drafting legislation for council members. He externed in Civil Court, appearing for clients dealing with consumer credit issues. He also served as an intern for Hon. Arthur Engoron, New York State Supreme Court, Civil Branch.
