Lisa Sanford is a Director – Client Development with Interim Legal Talent in San Francisco. She works closely with law firms and corporations to help them identify legal talent solutions that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their teams.
Lisa lives in the East Bay with her husband. In her spare time, she practices yoga, rides her Peloton and does the NYT crossword puzzles with her daughter.
Before becoming a legal recruiter, Lisa spent a number of years as a business development manager for several law firms including Morrison & Foerster, Fenwick & West and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. In these roles, she worked with departments across the firms to identify and pursue opportunities for promotion of the attorneys, the practices and the firm. At Ernest & Young, she teamed with partners and business development executives on high value pursuits for global and domestic opportunities.
Before that, Lisa held litigation-focused creative roles, most recently with TrialGraphix and Z-Axis Corporation, where she advised litigators and experts on best method(s) to present their cases to triers-of-fact on over 175 seperate matters.
