Nish Hossain is a Managing Director of Client Development for Interim Legal Talent. Based in San Francisco and Palo Alto, Nish is focused on developing creative solutions for legal need at both law-firms and in-house legal departments including but not limited to, mat and pat leaves, skillset gaps, product launch support and other legal support roles. She often taps into her experiences as a former IP litigator and product counsel to find a hand-in-glove candidate fit for her clients.
As an east-coast native, Nish loves a good cup of clam chowder and Del’s Lemonade when she can get her hands on them. In her spare time, Nish keeps her nerd hobbies alive and is an avid tinkerer and gamer. She loves building custom computers, playing pc games and playing tabletop strategy games. She also enjoys working out, camping and going on hikes with her huskies.Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Nish was products counsel for Apple Inc. In this role, she provided legal counsel to various hardware teams, led deal negotiations with strategic partners, advised on legal risks and benefits, and trained strategic partners on common commercial agreements. Before joining Apple Inc., Nish worked as an IP litigation associate for several law firms including Nixon Peabody, Goodwin & Procter and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe where she focused on trade secrets and complex IP litigation in the EE and medical devices spaces.
Before attending to law school, Nish worked as an electrical engineer for Schneider Electric, where she flexed her hardware development skills.
