Sean Cavanaugh is a Director – Candidate Development within MLA Interim Legal Talent. Based in our Chicago office, he focuses on placing legal and compliance talent in a variety of substantive interim and permanent positions within law firms and in-house legal departments.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys walking his dog, trying new restaurants and learning about new technological advancements.

Sean joined Major, Lindsey & Africa from LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions. As an MRO Aviation Recruiter, he worked with clients across the U.S. to identify and screen contractors for high-profile assignments such as Air Force One.
