Hanover, MD (October 21, 2019) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced today that Jennifer Koithan has joined the firm as managing director of client development with the firm’s Interim Legal Talent team, based in Houston. Interim Legal Talent provides in-house legal departments and law firms with talent resources to address skill gaps, headcount shortage or other bandwidth issues where an extra set of hands (or even a team) can improve the productivity, efficiency and work quality of an organization. Jenny specializes in the recruitment and placement of experienced attorneys, paralegals, contracts manager and compliance professionals for substantive assignments in both law firms and in-house legal departments.

Jenny joined MLA after 18 years with Thomson Reuters. As government account manager, she managed a portfolio of government accounts, establishing solid relationships built on trust and cultivating new business opportunities by presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns.
