As a high schooler, Malek Shipchandler knew he wanted to be a lawyer. From there, he set off on a path to reach his goals studying law in India and then joining a top firm. After working successfully as a corporate lawyer, Malek Shipchandler took a sabbatical in 2018 to pursue a design course from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Bombay. The idea was to transition from law to design and consulting. By the end of 2018, Malek turned entrepreneur and launched kinstrukto, a wearable manufacturing startup in Mumbai. At the same time, he began working as a litigation consultant with a company. Then in 2019, Malek joined Adfactors PR to lead Policy, Crisis and Strategic Communications.
