Beatryx Washington began her career in crisis communications for a global public relations firm and then moved into federal contracts management.  She joined Energy Solutions where she focused on legal compliance, securities and labor and employment. In 2012, Beatryx joined Life Vantage as corporate counsel. Over the next four years, she worked her way up to the role of SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary before moving to O.C. Tanner in August 2017. As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, she provides creative and practical guidance to the senior executive team regarding business strategies, employment matters, intellectual property protection and commercial contract matters.
