Karen Zoda, Director–Client Development within our Interim Legal Talent team, helps corporations and law firms identify their legal talent needs and develops customized solutions to effectively address clients’ workforce challenges.
Born in Landstuhl, West Germany as an Army Brat, Karen quickly traveled the continental United States. She is an avid sports fan cheering for the Steelers, Yankees and 76ers. Karen’s biggest hobby is working out specifically powerlifting, crossfit and bodybuilding.
Karen is an experienced sales account manager with a history of working in the legal services industry. Most recently, she served as the sales account manager, law firms, for Corporation Service Company. In this role, Karen worked directly with AmLaw200 firms to provide knowledge-based solutions to business challenges. She also worked as a field services manager for AutoAwards by NuCar Consulting, where she implemented a rewards program and trained employees on the importance and benefits of the loyalty program.
Prior to that, Karen held various sales roles in the sports industry, working for the Philadelphia 76ers, Blue Hens IMG Sports Network and Ripken Professional Baseball.
