Michael Sestric, a Director – Candidate Development in Los Angeles, specializes in placing legal and compliance talent in various substantive interim and permanent positions within law firms and in-house legal departments.

Michael is a native of the East Coast; he is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and lived in Washington, D.C., before moving to California. He enjoys film, travel, automobiles and trying new foods.

While attending Georgetown University for law school, Michael interned with Allegis Group’s Office of General Counsel and worked closely with Major, Lindsey & Africa’s general counsel on various legal matters including employment law as well as information privacy law. Upon graduation, he joined Legal Innovators, where he spent several months as a law clerk on real estate filings for renewable energy companies. Having familiarity with Allegis Group and MLA through his internship, Michael decided that he would like to pursue a career that combined his legal education with his desire to work closely with people.
