Sarah Hegener is Director – Candidate Development for Interim Legal Talent based in our Atlanta office. She specializes in the placement of legal and compliance talent in various substantive interim and permanent positions within in-house legal departments and law firms.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter. 

Sarah began her legal career as an associate with Jenkins & Bowen, representing automobile insurance carriers and local governing bodies. She then joined Haynie, Litchfield & White, P.C., where she continued her work with local governing bodies. Most recently, Sarah worked as an associate at Atkins David, LLC, where she represented insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters. She left the practice of law in 2021 to explore a career in legal recruiting.
