Summer Eberhard is a Partner in the Associate Practice Group, where she focuses on the Northern California, Seattle and Portland markets. She specializes in counseling, representing and relocating AmLaw 100 associates and counsel. She works closely with them to help them achieve their long-term career goals. She is recognized for her professionalism, candidate-first approach and respect for the confidentiality of both candidates and clients.
Having grown up in California and Seattle, she has a deep understanding of the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest and their unique characteristics. After living in California for over a decade, she relocated back to Seattle with her husband, two sons and four pound Morkie, Lola. In her spare time, she enjoys watching football, attending music shows and checking items off her bucket list.
Summer joined Major, Lindsey & Africa as an experienced legal recruiter. She has a proven track record of successful attorney placements at AmLaw 100 firms, high-end boutique law firms, as well as in-house with many of those being relocations from within the U.S. as well as from overseas. Her success is attributable to her knowledge of the marketplace and her expertise in determining the correct match between her candidates and the right opportunity for their long-term career growth.
Summer spent the majority of her legal practice at a boutique bankruptcy firm representing large financial institutions. While in law school, she was an extern for the Honorable Kathleen Thompson in the United States District Bankruptcy Court, Central District.
