Tom Fletcher is a Director, Candidate Development on our EMEA Interim Legal team. In this role, he works with lawyers to help them find high-quality interim, project-based work opportunities that best matches their skills and experience.

Tom has recently moved to London from Liverpool and spends his spare time playing football and cricket, as well as being a long-suffering Leeds United supporter!

Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Tom studied geography at Durham University and went on to complete the GDL at the University of Law. He was also previously a teacher and cricket coach in a school in Zimbabwe.
