In his new role as chief legal officer, Christian will be leading a global legal team that delivers operational excellence around the company's key assets and operations covering commercial transactions, global compliance, risk management, data usage strategy, and intellectual property.

Christian most recently served as chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Magnitude Software, a PE-backed SaaS platform that enables enterprise data integration, business process automation and continuous intelligence, where he helped lead the transformation of the company until it was acquired by insightsoftware in November 2021. Before that, he led the legal function at several growth-stage, mid-market and large cap public organizations, including multiple SaaS and software companies. Christian received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his bachelor’s from Boston University’s College of Arts & Sciences.
