Erasing the Stigma — Mark Schubert

In this episode, Mark Yacano chats with Mark Schubert, managing director of Guide+Thrive—powered by BHS, about how organizations and law firms can support their lawyers through the right mix of wellness programming and individualized support.

Mark Schubert is the Managing Director of Guide+Thrive powered by BHS. His passion is for helping people through innovating, integrating and creating access to behavioral health and well-being support.

Mark began his career as an intern at BHS in 2008. He served in several roles including senior account manager, wellness consulting and business development. In addition, Mark spent time overseeing the well-being, EAP and recognition programs at T. Rowe Price.

As the Managing Director of Guide+Thrive, Mark is responsible for developing and overseeing sales and business development, strategic partnerships, product development, strategic planning, client services, marketing and operations.

A native of suburban Baltimore, Mark graduated from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology. He is dedicated to serving his community and is an active member of the A+ Advisory Board serving schools of Baltimore City as well as roles with the Adolescent Peer Support League and NAMI – Baltimore Chapter.
