Health Care Coverage

Our employees enjoy top-tier coverage including national PPO with dental and vision, along with annual company contributions to your health savings account (HSA).

Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability

Employees receive benefits equal to 100 percent of their annual salary at no cost to them. Short-term disability and long-term disability provided at no cost to the employee. Additional coverage is available at a reasonable rate.

Enhanced Benefits

We offer 401(k)/profit sharing/529 plans to save for retirement and college. We also offer tuition reimbursement for career-related courses after six months of employment.

Paid Time Off

In addition to paid holidays we offer our employees 18 paid days off each year.

Employee Discount Program

MLA and Allegis Partner employees receive discounts on car rentals, electronics, entertainment, fashion, travel and many other services.

Special Care Programs

We offer dependent care flexible spending accounts and employee assistance programs at no cost. Benefits may be used to offset dependent care expenses including confidential counseling for emotional, legal, financial and other personal issues at no cost to the employee.

Performance and Learning Management System (PLMS) — Our Performance and Learning Management System gives employees access to thousands of training videos based on their development needs.

Diversity Council — We are committed to being a diversity market leader both internally and externally and recognize that drawing upon the strengths of all of our differences supports our services and ultimately our success. Our Diversity Council works in conjunction with the Senior Leadership team to create, recommend and assist in the implementation of a diversity and inclusion strategic direction.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) — Also known as affinity groups or employee networks, ERGs provide an opportunity for employees to collaborate on shared interests, provide mutual support, participate in professional development and mentoring programs, interact with company leadership and much more.

Mentoring Program — The mission of our Mentoring Program is to equally empower all employees to grow professionally and realize their full potential. By facilitating one-on-one mentoring relationships, the program helps employees strengthen their self-confidence, find their voice, integrate easily and thrive in their role and within our organization.
