This year, Eliza Stoker made a big decision to change directions in her career. Luckily, she was able to do so within her own company. As the new Executive Director for our Associate Practice Group, Eliza shares with Andrea Bricca how she came to his decision and how trusted advisors and mentors really helped her. They then move on to talk about the questions they offer get asked by women looking to make an internal move and provide their advice on how to women can take charge of their career.
