As Client Services Manager, Antonio Tull provides analysis and operational support for MLA Transform’s Smarter Legal business. He administers the Smarter Legal process management principles to analyze client performance metrics, implement new processes, interact with client stakeholders and act as a liaison with vendors.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Antonio was the delivery manager of global services at TEKsystems. In this role, he managed the daily operations of IT resource/consultants (both on and offshore) and built integration and lifecycle process to continue to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. He held a similar role at Optiv, where he defined project deliverables, drafted action plans, and monitored the status of tasks and coordinated activities and functionaries to ensure that specified objectives were accomplished in accordance to project time tables.
