Bryan O’Leary is a Director on our Advisory Services team, working with our recruiters and clients to successfully implement various organizational design, talent development and technology consulting recommendations made by MLA Transform. With each project, he provides tactical support to see a project through to completion and ensures clients’ expectations are met while driving continual process improvement to further expand the team’s capabilities.

Bryan was born and raised in New York City but currently lives in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. When he isn’t busy teaching his kids to be nerds just like him, he enjoys kayaking, hiking and reading science fiction.

Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Bryan was a senior project manager with Ascend Learning. In that role, he oversaw the development and implementation of innovative digital training solutions in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. While managing numerous large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment, Bryan also drove organizational change with continual process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Prior to that, Bryan was a project manager with Fusion Media. There, he analyzed data and emerging technology to provide tailored design solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
