Jasmine previously served as diversity and inclusion specialist for Foley & Lardner LLP, where she advised the chief D&I partner and firm leadership on embedding diversity, inclusive and cultural competency within the firm’s day-to-day operations. In her prior role as the special assistant to the associate vice president of Human Resource Services, Jasmine launched a professional development program, which increased the organizational effectiveness, morale and quality of professionalism within the team, and assisted in the design and development of a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that resulted in a more integrated and cohesive approach to ensuring an inclusive and highly engaged environment that addresses the needs of talent acquisition and talent management.
