Jasmine previously served as diversity and inclusion specialist for Foley & Lardner LLP, where she advised the chief D&I partner and firm leadership on embedding diversity, inclusive and cultural competency within the firm’s day-to-day operations. She also consulted with senior leadership to establish organizational priorities, including initiatives aimed at increasing diversity in client teams, leadership pipeline development and external organizational partnerships.
Prior to joining Foley, Jasmine worked at the University of Chicago both on the Human Resources team and the Alumni Relations & Development team. As a training and marketing analyst, she designed training programs on customer relationship management software; campaign strategy; alumni engagement strategy and metrics; and development policies and procedures. She also created a new leader on-boarding program. In her prior role as the special assistant to the associate vice president of Human Resource Services, Jasmine launched a professional development program, which increased the organizational effectiveness, morale and quality of professionalism within the team, and assisted in the design and development of a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that resulted in a more integrated and cohesive approach to ensuring an inclusive and highly engaged environment that addresses the needs of talent acquisition and talent management.
