Jayma Kavia is an Associate in our Associate Practice Group. Based in London, Jayma focuses on the recruitment of associates, from mid to senior levels, across EMEA who seek opportunities at leading multinational law firms as well as domestic firms.

In her spare time, Jayma enjoys volunteering with Girlguiding UK and is also a keen traveler.

Before joining Major, Lindsey and Africa, Jayma read law at the University of Leeds. While completing her studies, she participated in pro bono and community engagement projects, such as PrisonLaw and the Welfare Appeals and Tribunals Clinic.
