Pooja Mahbubani is a Director in our Hong Kong In-House Counsel group. A seasoned legal search professional, Pooja partners with multinational organisations from varied industries across Asia Pacific with key specialisation in the Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and India legal markets.  With a strong record of placing general counsel, heads of legal, regional counsel, senior legal counsel and compliance and corporate affairs professionals, Pooja possesses the necessary technical expertise, cultural awareness, and critical knowledge of local business practices.

Pooja joined Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2016 after several years with a leading UK-headquartered legal search firm based out of their Mumbai, India office. There, she recruited senior legal counsel and heads of legal for US and European MNCs across various industries throughout India and South East Asia. Prior to that, Pooja was a legal headhunter in London.
