As Legal Operations Manager, Stephanie Arkin provides analysis and operational support for Transform Advisory Services, including our strategic partnership with Smarter Law Solutions. She applies business process management principles to analyze client performance metrics and implements new processes to enhance the client experience.

As a native of St. Louis, Stephanie is an avid St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues fan. In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, gardening, volunteering and reading.

Stephanie brought more than 25 years of experience in legal operations and strategic sourcing for law departments to Major, Lindsey & Africa. She began her career with the City of Chicago. She worked her way up through the ranks to administrative deputy for the Department of Law.  Stephanie then moved to the State of Illinois Department of Revenue as a program administrator. There she managed and modernized sourcing, property management, telecommunications, accounting, printing, distribution and fleet operations.

Stephanie then joined Chain IQ. She initially led global multimedia and voice sourcing, competitively sourcing global audio conference tools and project managing network maintenance service. She quickly moved over to legal sourcing, where she led strategic sourcing for legal services clients in the Americas and trained, mentored and collaborated with colleagues globally. She was also responsible for managing relationships and providing thought leadership to client COOs, other senior management, in-house counsel and staff to create and execute strategy for up to $400M spend on outside counsel, consulting and eDiscovery.

Most recently, Stephanie served as chief client success officer with JusticeBid. She helped law departments deliver results by managing legal services spend and competitive selection of outside counsel, eDiscovery and other services providers.
