René King is a senior consultant in the Executive Compensation Practice of Towers Watson’s Chicago office, where he advises management and boards of directors on issues related to executive, equity, and incentive compensation, as well as the alignment of pay with performance.

Michael Sachs is a partner in the Chicago office of Major, Lindsey & Africa, where he specializes in placing attorneys at all levels, from junior counsel to general counsel, in corporate legal departments in a wide range of industries and locations.

Successfully Navigating the Ethical Challenges Facing General Counsel: A moderated panel of general counsel will discuss common ethical pitfalls that general counsel may face as they seek to navigate ethical issues and comply with the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct. Participants include:

Wes is an expert in the field of motorsport law and has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in sponsorship across NASCAR, Formula One, INDYCAR, NHRA, United Sports Car Championship, The World Rally Championship, and other major motorsport series.

Lea Ann King is a general counsel for Toyota Materials Handling, U.S.A., Inc. based in Columbus, Indiana. Lea Ann leads TMHU's legal department. TMHU is the supplier of the No. 1 selling lift truck brand in North America.

Mary Beth Claus is a general counsel of Indiana University Health. Mary Beth directs the statewide regulatory, internal audit, corporate compliance, and insurance operations departments.
