Heather Fine, Managing Director, Major, Lindsey & Africa
Heather Fine, a Managing Director in Major, Lindsey & Africa's Midwest In-House Practice Group, specializes in placing attorneys in-house at corporations and other institutions in a variety of industries. She handles in-house searches ranging from corporate counsel positions to general counsel roles in an array of industries, including manufacturing, higher education, consumer products, telecommunications, retail, technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, professional services and financial services, among others. Over the last several years, Heather has conducted searches for public and private companies of all sizes (including several Fortune 500 companies). Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Heather worked for several years at the Children's Law Center in Washington, DC, representing children in the foster care system. She also served as Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs' Special Investigation into Hurricane Katrina. Heather received her JD from the Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law with honors. She attended Colby College for her undergraduate studies. She is also a Board member and mentor at Legal Prep Charter Academy in Chicago.

Keri Lindsay, Director, Major, Lindsey & Africa
As a Professional Recruiter at Major, Lindsey and Africa, Keri Lindsay helps law firms and corporations identify high caliber legal talent on a project or contract basis. She believes that through dedicated observation of market trends, attorneys and other legal professionals can find roles that blend their personal ethos with their professional identity. As a Legal Recruiter working with Fortune 100 companies and AMLAW 200 law firms, she serves as a market escort, carefully guiding attorneys and subject matter experts through the ever-shifting market to find organizations that move them to the next level of their professional journey. Prior to joining Major, Lindsey, and Africa, Keri practiced as a housing attorney with Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing and later with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. Before graduating from law school, Keri worked in the Attorney Recruitment and Human Resources Department of international law firm, Arent Fox, in Washington, D.C. Keri received her JD from Thomas Cooley Law School and attended The George Washington University for her undergraduate studies where she majored in International Relations.
