Assessments provide insights into a wide range of talent management topics, including work style, fit for a specific role, fit with company culture, emotional intelligence and feedback from colleagues. They are extremely useful in coaching as well as part of the search process.
For use in a variety of situations, including as part of the selection process for senior roles, we offer the Hogan Assessments, which provide a rich set of insights into how an individual shows up under normal circumstances and under stress, as well as insights into that person’s values and motivations. This information is also very useful in ongoing developmental coaching once a person is hired.
Our talent management consultants are also certified in the Myers-Briggs, DISC, EQi 2.0 and a variety of 360 assessments offered by the Center for Creative Leadership. These assessments are appropriate for use as part of team-building workshops, organizational and law department evaluation, and other projects.
