Hanover, MD (October 16, 2018) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, welcomes managing director Tam Pham to its in-house legal recruiting team in San Francisco. Tam will focus on recruiting general counsel, senior-level attorneys and compliance professionals for a broad range of corporations throughout the Bay Area.
“We are thrilled to welcome back Tam to MLA after her first stint with the Associate Practice Group in 2008,” said Chad Marlow, executive director of the In-House Practice Group’s West Region. “After seven years of attorney and client development, Tam is looking forward to building on her existing attorney and client networks, specifically within Fortune 500 firms and emerging growth technology companies in the Bay Area.”
Before rejoining MLA, Tam spent seven years with Paragon Legal, serving as director of attorney and client development, where she was responsible for developing and managing client relationships as well as overseeing a team of attorneys focusing on project engagements. Prior to joining Paragon, Tam managed business and legal matters for both a design consultancy, Workreative, and a designer footwear company, Ryan Rowe. She began her career as an associate for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
“I am thrilled to be coming back to a place I know and love, full of dedicated people who are passionate about their work and committed to the highest level of integrity,” said Tam. “I look forward to helping clients find the right fit for their teams and attorneys reach that next level in their careers.”
Tam earned her A.B in International Relations from Stanford University and graduated with a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
