MLA Places Kevin S. Morris as Executive Vice President—General Counsel at Domino’s Pizza

Hanover, MD (January 3, 2017)—Major, Lindsey & Africa, the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the placement of Kevin S. Morris as Executive Vice President—General Counsel at Domino’s Pizza, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Kevin will lead the legal function company-wide, with an emphasis on supporting the needs of the global business. The search was led by Heather Fine and Michael Sachs of Major, Lindsey & Africa’s In-House Practice Group.

Kevin was most recently senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for New York-based Equinox Holdings, Inc. and its various operating subsidiaries and affiliates, which own and operate a portfolio of lifestyle brands that include Equinox®, SoulCycle®, Blink Fitness®, Pure Yoga® (within the U.S.) and Equinox Hotels. His extensive experience includes operating his own private legal practice, as well as serving as vice president and associate general counsel at Global Hyatt Corporation, as senior international attorney and staff director at McDonald's Corporation, and as an attorney at DLA Piper (formerly Rudnick & Wolfe).

Kevin holds a J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Illinois.
