Sarah Hardgrove Koleno, Former Jenner & Block Partner and Entrepreneur, Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa

Hanover, MD (March 4, 2020) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced that Sarah Hardgrove Koleno has joined as a managing director in the Partner Practice Group, based in the firm’s Chicago office. Sarah counsels law firms and partners to help them better navigate the lateral market and identify opportunities for growth and strategic advancement.

Sarah started her career at Jenner & Block in Chicago and practiced law there for 18 years. As a litigation partner, she handled complex commercial litigation and white-collar matters. She conducted internal investigations and assisted major clients with corporate compliance programs and counseling.

In 2015, Sarah followed her entrepreneurial passion and launched KRa Drinks for Athletes, Inc, an organic sports drink start-up. As the CEO and co-founder, Sarah worked with her founding team to create the vision and direction for all aspects of the operations and to achieve nationwide distribution.

Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and her B.S. from the University of Illinois College of Business.
